Simpld LLC grants A perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use your Contribution in any form, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: promotion, marketing, publication, modification, or commercial or non-commercial reuse.

You agree that the Company is not obligated to provide any financial or moral compensation for the use of your Contribution, nor to indicate your name or identity as the source.

You waive, to the extent permitted by applicable laws in the Syrian Arab Republic , any moral rights that may be associated with the content you have submitted.

You acknowledge that your Contributions are not considered confidential or proprietary information, and you are solely responsible for them.

If the submitted content includes any images or data of third parties, you acknowledge that you have obtained the necessary written consent from them prior to publication, and you agree to indemnify the company for any legal claim arising as a result.

Service Management

Simpld LLC maintains It has the full right, but not the obligation, to administer the Services and take such actions as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with these Terms, including:

Monitoring the use of the Services to ensure there are no violations of these Terms.
Taking appropriate legal action against any user who violates the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic or any of the provisions of this document.

The Services are provided as is, as available, without any express or implied warranties by Simpld LLC .

that any errors will be corrected immediately or automatically ;
and that the content or offerings displayed will meet all your expectations .

You acknowledge that by using the Services you bear full responsibility for the risks associated with using the Application, and that the Company does not bear any responsibility for :

General Provisions (Miscellaneous )

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and final agreement between you and Simpld LLC. In connection with your use of the TwinWin App , and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements relating to the Service itself.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
